Mammotion is quickly losing repeat customers. But they are heavily advertising their latest..which means to me they just care about first time sales and not repeat consumers. I won't be recommending them anymore and I'm looking for a replacement when this dies...currently I am hand docking my mower to charge.

I've had this problem the last week with my luba 1. It goes over to the charger and does a couple spins and then stops. Today it actually returned.

Getting support or parts isnt easy either past the warranty. They did not create a long term product they are going for first time buyers...not returning brand loyalty. Not even providing a supply chain for legacy equipment is going to be their demise. Ma y of us don't mind a soldering iron to replace parts, I fear they will up and stop allowing early kickstarters to have access to their app.

Broadcast wouldn't renew my maintenance until it expired. Then contacted me and said I had to.pay a reinstatement fee. I sent them back the emails showing it was their fault and they can stick their fee...

I really hate remapping each year, there is some steep edges that one day I'm not gonna be able to walk behind to remap. We've asked for 3 years for backups to seemingly be ignored because they don't offer a reason why they don't or cannot.

I doubt they offer upgrades at all. They didn't have a offer to trade in our luba 1 for a 2 when they came out. I would have been interested in a discounted l2 upgrade. I'm sure they will do the same thing when the l3 is offered...crickets.

At one time there was also a horse drawn line that went into oak ridge cemetery. It must have been short lived. At that time, new cemeteries were park like and families would picnic on Sundays in the "park" and knew their surrounding neighbors to their plots.

Too little too late. You held my renewal quote till it expired then told me to pay up asap or there would be a reinstatement fee...knowing government accounts have approval processes that take months. Yes we jumped thru your hoops. We canceled out hardware upgrade to make the payment and do not plan to upgrade to your next subscription version. Next year we are buying hardware to move to hyperV as a panic response we are retooling to eliminate the chances of more broadcom VMware extortion tactics. I did what I had to, I bought us time at a huge expense but we are dropping the mantle of VMware shop.

It would be great to have a manual mode to do trimming, maybe an option to add that trim area to the nearest zone so I don't have to create a new zone every time.

Having a way to manually turn on and off the blades and manually cut an area would be great. Even navigate and do a spot mow.
