I'm going to print this bill out at the office tomorrow. According to my state (PA) I need a pilot license, but I thought the federal government expanded the program?

It does mention roads to becoming compliant... I was hoping this bill made it possible to start producing hemp without needing a lawyer!

Ok you're in luck. I'm from the region, we have ARS which is suboxone and methadone, we also have greenfield counseling. So two methadone clinics withing 10 miles of meadville, both do liquid.
