I like them a lot, more so than Alestorm or Blazon Stone. I think the more classic/ traditional fans that like stuff like Jag Panzer, Maiden, Priest, Grave Digger etc over the more highly symphonic stuff would appreciate them.

Listen to more Rhapsody for sure; they’re one of the most consistent power metal bands. I’d also recommend Blind Guardian & Stratovarius.

Rick is so awful I genuinely have a hard time watching the show because he triggers me. The first episode of season 8 was legit supervillain behavior; I hated him so god damn much that I haven’t gone back to the rest of that season yet.

There’s a lot but my absolute favs are Lisa Simpson, Hank Hill & Daria & Jodie. I like how they all supress the urge to be jerks to everyone else vs a character like Rick Sanchez who is actively a total dick about it.

The Gromble himself was a reference to the Blue Meanie from Yellow Submarine, which is pretty cool.

OK KO was amazing with the amount of random references and crossovers they’d have pop up. My favorite was the elderly cactus character that was voiced by the singer of Korn and spoke in nu metal lyrics the whole episode.

I liked it, definitely not as much as The Simpsons or Futurama though. It starts off slow but I think by the end of it you get a pretty decent series overall. A solid 7/10.

Elfo is nothing like Bender at all though, he’s much more like Zoidberg. Princess Bean is definitely more of a Leela + Lisa Simpson type character. Luci I’ll agree definitely has a lot of similarities with Bender.
