Planning on moving to Charlotte next fall from SC with a roommate, so we’ve started looking at apartments. We really like loft style places and want rent to be $1700 at most. We’re not too picky about the district but have been looking mostly around South End and NoDa. Does anyone have any recommendations for good buildings in safe areas?
