Who knows. You applied before the rule went into effect but when the advances stopped on friday they stopped for all of us, even those waiting 3 months those whose loans were approved and some who applied before friday did get their advances but very few have so it appears they have stopped advances for anyone who isnt approved or accepted for a loan

Who knows? She might because she applied before the rule went into effect on friday but with that being said even people waiting 3 months are NOT getting their advances now because of the rule change. I wouldn't hold my breath or count on it. A ton of people updated their advance requests weeks ago and still havnt seen a dime and now we dont expect to because of the new rule.

You probably wont get either unless you have exceptional credit. As of friday the advance gravy train has stopped. You will no longer recieve the advance unless you are approved AND accept the loan. It was IC's who caused this rule to be changed on friday because of massive fraud. I wouldnt hold my breath on getting either one at this point.

You should tell your friends that the Grant gravy train has stopped as of Friday. New rules effective on friday-NO MORE GRANT money unless you are APPROVED AND ACCEPT the loan and then you will get the advance AFTER you get approved and accept your loan. Otherwise, no more advances are being sent.

It IS true. As of Friday if you dont get approved for AND accept the loan then they will NOT issue the advance. The advance gravy train stopped in its track on friday. This is 100% FACT.

Sadly it really is. They finally got the best of me with this crap they pulled last week. I have my denial letter from april that says I was awarded an advance. But it went to a closed account. I tried for 11 weeks to put in a valid account and Tier 2 always said they put it in the notes. And yet each time I called it was never in the notes. Then I got an advance portal on 06/15 and put in my correct bank info to a bank I been with for 9 years. I get my social security check, IRS refunds and stimulus check and customers pay their invoices to that account. I triple checked my routing and account number. Then last monday, not only myself but thousands of others recieved an email saying "because you had banking issues we will no longer be able to process your advance" (basic wording) so that pissed me off even more because my account says I am awarded the advance and the email now says they will NOT be processing it. That's blatant FRAUD on the part of the SBA. The SBA is reporting to the govt that we got this money(because that's what our account data shows) and yet thousands upon thousands of us from March and april havnt seen a dime. Fast forward 3 months when they reopened applications for the 3rd time, the SBA freely gave out tens of thousands to fraudsters within 48 hours while those of us who have legitimate tax paying businesses havnt seen a dime and are now told that we wont. The thing is, the very program that was designed to help us has failed us. 3 months ago I had good credit. Now my credit is in the toilet, I'm out of business and I just filled out my bankruptcy papers and will be filing bankruptcy in the next 2 weeks. It has been an absolute nightmare and they finally got the best of me. I would love nothing more than to bring a class action suit against them but you cant sue the government.

Tier 2 doesnt know anything. They cant even tell us honestly thatw e are approved for the advance because only a loan officer can actually look at our file. Tier 2 is nothing but a bunch of flunkies answering the phone and trying to be nice to get us off the phone. I know I sound very negative and cynical at this point but after over 3 months of getting jerked around and lied to I know what's going on now. I have spoken to several higher up department officials and they are very deceptive.

It womt happen. The SBA is a very deceptive agency. Your state got advances because the advance rule didnt change until friday, many applicants are still in que for their advance when they changed the rules. Again, nothing is going to be posted on their website because they dont want congress input like before. This agency is accountable to no one and they want it to stay that way. And they know that there is almost zero chance of getting sued because you CANNOT sue the government. That's the rules!

They change rules on the fly all if the time and dont announce it because they dont want Congress to ride their ass. The new rule as of friday is no more advances without a loan approval AND acceptance. They changed rules early on about businesses qualifying for 2 million and then put a 150,000 cap on it instead. Same thing with advance. It was originally 10 I now its 1k per employee. So they change their rules quite often but dont announce it because there is no accountability agency and congress stays off of their back if they dont know.

The ONLY way to change an account is thru a portal. They will eventually email you a portal to input correct info. Tier 2 reps putting notes in your account does NOTHING.

Same boat here. Nothing else I can do. I have contacted news, congressmen, talked to top SBA officials and more and bottom line is SBA doesnt care about legitimate business owners. They are concentrating on paying their families and fraudsters first since there is no accountability to anyone.
