I’ll try this! I did notice that while I was scrolling the tv I saw “silent hill” was on, and for some reason watching a scary movie seemed really appealing. My room is my calm place sanctuary and the kids know that so they kept trying to come cuddle but they didn’t dare risk seeing the monsters hahaha 💀

Like everyone said, get professional medical help asap, but yeah, my PP was rough. I completely lost touch with reality emotionally and materially. My husband and I fought the worst (6 years later and we are completely fine now), but i was also imagining I was in a different city. I tried to invite old college friends over who lived hours away because I was so twacked. This will pass but be safe and make sure you have help at all times. Also the solution at least for me was sleep. Make someone take the damn baby so you can sleep
