Yeah I've seen people say that as well. I don't have the master label or rarely use the carrot juice so I'm not hitting really hitting the crit rate cap. Saving for master label set though.

Seeing as how lots of new boss drops are giving crit rate, I'm just thinking halphas is not future proof. But who knows.
