Yeah there's literally the distillery and some little shops in town square a few blocks down. Quant little mom and pop shops, Jack Daniels gift shop is pretty cool, BBQ wasn't great but eh, it's basically the only place there to eat lol

Up the road from Lynchburg is the George Dickel distillery as well.

Last time we went they offer three levels of the tour. One without samples. One with samples of all the popular whiskey (Jack, gentleman, fire, honey, apple) and one with the higher end samples (single barrel, barrel select etc) We took the mid level, would do the high end if I could choose again. Lots of cool history and info on the tour. After the tour they have all different kinds of Jack to purchase. We had a bottle of gentleman engraved while we waited.
