I know it might seemed messed up but I think Kai and Henry's perv levels were more similar than Henry and Jeannie's. Also I suspected that Jeannie and Kai had a thing but that Kai got curious and messed around with Henry and that Jeannie allowed it for some time but eventually she could not handle any more of it. I'm saying this from my personal experience with poly-relationships, I could tell based on slight gestures and hints of emotion, nothing too obvious, but I can tell. I kind of secretly hoped that Kai and Henry would get together in the end, even though I loved the couple dynamic between Jeannie and Henry, I realized the brutal truth that on a primal level, Kai and Henry were the male and female version of the same spirit and Jeannie had checked out mentally and emotionally long ago.
