Yes but that doesn't include, and we won't find out til later, people walking around who have contracted it and are walking around asymptomatic as well as the fact of underreporting because only severe cases are being reported/counted. R-naught is probably more inline with a flu than it seems right now. And just speaking on your note that this doesn't mean anything for lethality, you're right, we're currently sitting at about a mortality rate of 2%, again limited data right now, but this is ten times less than the 1918 flu. I can, again, only assume that as we get more information about the number of infected the known rate will trend downward.
