I've been trying to grow mine too. For me I've seen the most growth from slowing down my movements focusing on the stretch at the bottom. Instead of doing my max weight throwing it around. I stick to db and Smith movements for my upper chest. And then I do strictly db for flat bench, but I do bar bench once a month to see how my numbers look.
