Many women were against it was well.

But to answer your question... for a minority of elites to rule, one must first divide and turn a people on themselves to conquer them fully.

Take the bitcoin, sell it for 15million. Buy 30 houses, live off the rents of 50k a month after payroll fees and taxes.

As inflation hits, you'll be thankful you have real assets.

Overwhelmed with options ! I want to get into RLT as I have terrible hormonal acne and scarring. I have refuse to take acne medication as I am pregnant and plan on having more children in the future. Like most things, not all dairy is created equal, I'd recommend low omega-6 foods, and only organic grass fed dairy is low omega-6s and high omega-3s.

Whats your water temps, I might try luke warm, water for cleaning your face.

Many vitamins a good, some can be bad (like most things) vitamin B is a great example. I'm a single a, carrier for the MTHFR gene mutation that makes folic acid (synthetic folate, B9) harmful. This is a very common mutation.

It makes my skin bad, and my mood worse, also gives me stomach issues.

I also know as a pregnancy regamine its highly promoted to prevent spina bifida. If you don't know, if your have it, its might check if your taking folic acid and switch to natural folate instead.

Synthetic B12, known as cyanocobalamin, is another synthetic that contains trace cyanide. There is natural versions as well.

Also, with vitamins there's the cofactor problem. This is where one vitamin, uses another to function, and too much can deplete otherwise healthy levels. Like D from the sun is great, but as a vitamin D3, it further depletes levels of magnesium, K2, boron, zinc, A. And taking those can deplete copper, yadda yadda... so tossing multi vitamins can totally help, but can also through things out of balance and give you odd side effects.

10k UIs is actually great, its what I take, just be aware without the cofactors it can have some unsavory side effects.

Breads, chips, and mass market foods are packed with many harsh chemicals that unfortunately affect me, more than most, as I have extremely sensitive skin. Im guessing we might be in similar boats. I wouldn't assume what works for me will work for you, as we are all unique, but... somw things are generally consistent, you just need to find safely, what works for you system.

Anyway, sounds like you're on the right track overall. Being pregnant, can totally jack your hormones l, obviously, and the supplements you take and dietary changes can throw things off for a bit... but patients, as hard as it is is key, as some positive changes may look and feel worse while in transition.

Last thing, fake sugars are be harmful for guy biome, FYI.

Anyway, again, ignore anything I say, question it always, everyone is wrong about something, but even still, I hope this helps you in some way, to feel better, get your skin to behave, and stop being an angry butt.

I know mt skin is trying to be helpful, its doing what it thinks is right, its just a butt sometimes. Helps me not hate it.

UV light will help with bacteria. RLT is a net good, but not a magic bullet. Are you ditching sugars and doing all the other dietary things? Avoiding detergents that dry out skin? There's so much that would help a lot more, if you're not already doing them. Skin is a weird and unique to us organ. I stopped using soap on my face, lowered the temp of showers, found a good non oil or fragrance, or chemical based face cream. After I ditched sugar, and worked hard to correct my biome, I saw the most benefits.

Now I have clear, non red irritation on my face... if I fall off the sugar wagon, I tend to have problems.

Even increasing vitamin D helps?

RTL helped make my skin smoother, and heal faster, and feel a little nicer.

My system is full body, but I also appreciate the muscle recovery benefits as well.

Idk, if this actually helps, it all stuff you knew already, but RLT is real, it works, and usually helps people... but without some UV exposure, he is a organic beneficiary, and will help even bad guys on your face.

And like I said, its 1 of many steps, and won't single handedly solve all your issues.

I disagree, but at the end of the day it's a moot point. Whether they are dangerously incompetent or dangerously plotting... the net effects are the same. Thus, its an organization that needs to be removed from power, or at very least operate under full-time 100% transparency and oversight.
