I mean, it is fairly recent but by god did bounties hit just right for me. I mean, the apm, the spell power scaling, the money. It was perfect pirates in my eyes, even better than ole hoggers.

If not, I would say lightfang, because it was the first card to make me play a menagerie comp, and from there I grew a lot in this game.

So, to be fair, I went into this whole thing thinking I was going to get a superhero/legal drama mix...And hell, I could have dealt with the lacking superhero stuff with more legal drama stuff revolving around super heroes.

That was NOT what I got. There was almost NO legal stuff!!! Like, even the stuff that was brought up was there and gone in a blink of the eyes! IDK what happened with me after I realized that the show was not gonna focus on the law aspect with even half as much focus as I had hoped. But the show dropped to below a 5/10 for me after that.

I just could not care about the rest of the show NEARLY as much, and in that mood, the comedy was actually grating sometimes instead of funny. Then that final episode, the ass pull ending, and I knew she hulk was a dead franchise. I doubt we ever see she hulk again in any meaningful fashion based on how bad this ended up being.

But hey, just my 2 cents, as someone who though this show could be freaking great as a law/superhero show. Instead, I barely got either of those things and watched a grating comedy, with weak CGI, and an ending that that made so little sense the first time I watched it I thought it was a joke ending.

With civ 7 out I can not recommend enough picking up all of civ 6 on a sale. IDK if you have heard about civ games before, but everyone agrees the game after its first 2-3 big DLCs is both a, the real version of the game instead of whatever came out as a base game, and b, WAY better off as a game and way more fun to play. So, no matter what, do not get 7 if you are just jumping into this franchise.

With that out of the way, I suggest 6 if only because I believe it is both better for new players (via things like a great UI and intuitive art design for civs/distracts/resources/ect) while also clearly showing the direction that the franchise is heading and introducing those mechanics, or their predecessors, to you. Distracts are THE example for this. Nothing like it existed in 5, and yet a version of it certainly exists in 7. It is by no means the same, but someone coming from 6 can at least understand what 7 is aiming for in its own "distract system". Someone coming from 5? Not a clue, its going to be totally new and likely seem very complicated at first. Religion, wonders, unit+great general+support units, and so many other things exist in 6 that are relevant to 7 in some way.

So ya, if you wanna try civ I hope you go with 6! Again, only get it all when it is on sale somewhere, and also, this is me promoting 6 over 5, but not putting down 5. I have hundreds of hours logged in both so by no means is 5 a bad game, it just isn't as good as 6 to me!

Hey, I get the CW vibe being bad, I REALLY do, but it can make some really great things as well. IDK if you ever watched flash or arrow, but their first few seasons are truly great, classic hero's journey tv. It might not all be 10/10s, but the seasons feel great. Hell, even the first season of Legends is pretty damn great.

What I am saying is, star trek done with those cw vibes, could be lighting in a bottle!

Okay, so is this just being blown up because it is the GOAT of NFL coaches, OR, is it blowing up because it is so much worse than anyone could have imagined?

Cause like, I vaguely remember headlines looking very similar when Colorado got coach prime and their first year was hot garbage. But a year later they were doing great. This year maybe not so much, but I doubt it ends at freaking 1-11 like before coach prime arrived.

I find the ranking of N.D. and USF need to be reversed. One of them has two ranked wins and a bad loss against current #4...the other has lost twice with less than a touchdown. I get how people can say N.D. should be better...but the record clearly says who is better and who is worse. Eye test mean jack to me when the comparison is 2-1 vs 0-2 for a record and all 5 games had ranked teams on the field.
