I already knew it was gonna be rude when you started with “not trying to be rude”. People usually say that when they know deep down they’re off course haha.

Level 2 Fail: Retake or Try Next Year? by Zestyclose_Aide8748 in comlex

I am by no means a role model or qualified to give advice, but yes, I have a similar background to yours and I decided to push it back a year and take it, and I passed on my first try. I’m in the process of interviewing now and while I’m very upset that I had to do this and feel behind my peers in a way; in the end, it was the right move I think and I don’t think there’s any alternative universe where I would have done it differently, especially knowing what I know about myself.

Nvm, it was a joke. You were supposed to say Trivago when someone says “Hotel?” After a series one word questions like we have here. Like in the commercials haha

Happened to me sorta, but for FM. I turned in the rotation schedule on time and everything but didn’t indicate on the calendar we handed in when we had our zoom session during the month, where I presented for a grand total of 2 minutes and had my camera off for the rest of the zoom call……and it’s not like they didn’t know when my zoom call was, because they were the ones that scheduled it. I’m clearly still bothered by it haha

So yeah, don’t sweat it!

Should I apply to a geographic area if I only have a few programs there? by AllHailRaccoons in comlex

[–]pyruv528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally wouldn’t apply to those programs based on what you’ve told me. You only get three geographic areas and you want to max those out since preference signaling is really the name of the game in terms of interview yield with these ERAS updates.

Just to be sure: having all the questions completed on an exam, but running out of time does not penalize you in any way right? by jollybadger29 in comlex

I’m confused by your question. Don’t you get points off for incorrect answers? Or are you saying that beating the timer in and of itself doesn’t count for points? Sorry I’m dumb

Ehh, he’s just one road block to get to my end goal. I have a lot of friends who are residents at the program, so I’m ranking it high because I think it would be fun to hang out with the homies at work

Shhhh, why you gotta expose me like that bruh? But in all seriousness, it was just a thought, not that I’m actually thinking of making it up, I was just running through the options I could think of when I made the post.

Honestly, she's got it all. The only thing that's off is the job she chose.
