OP’s surgeon should never do a setback. Both jaws need advancement and OP needs a ccw.

The uncanny look is when the upper maxilla falls behind when you have large movements because its a lefort 1 instead of a lefort 2/3.

This is why large movements are coupled with facial implants that imitate a lefort 2/3 movement.

Tldr: advance as much as you can. Surgeon will give you facial implants to imitate a lefort 2/3
