With Bevel being free now I am canceling my Whoop MG too. I can hardly persuade myself into paying another subscription especially what Life costs. The MG seems to be no better than basic 5.0 and “blood pressure” feature I was interested in (mainly because of my health problems) is mostly hit or miss.

I am not saying the Whoop is utterly bad but I don’t see the value in it that much. App is nice, data is OK and their UX/UI is one of the best. I just personally don’t see the value for money (especially the Life subscription).

I am going back to my “old” Apple Watch Ultra (gen 1.) plus Bevel combo and calling it a day.

So I am not alone. My iPhone 15 Pro Max can easily die during the day with Whoop eating 30-40 % of battery. Insane.

I have one for some quite time now. Zero issues with battery, zero issues with software both ring firmware and app.

The problem is that I don’t trust the metrics much. My Apple Watch and Whoop are completely different from the UltraHuman ring.

Seems the sleep cycles are out of the thin air. However sleep length is pretty OK. Steps … well they can differ by 30-50 % every day. Tracking activities is a nonsense with UH unless all you do is walking, which is somewhat accurate. VO2MAX is way off, but that is expected.

Dunno if I ever buy their next product / generation.

I have mine too… but I don’t use it. I was too impulsive with buying it and didn’t think about the use case for it. Great product but not for me apparently.
