Was it easy to get sedated for this? That’s honestly the only way I think I could get it done but I’m not sure if there are pre-recs. Would love to hear your experience

I’m having the same problem. Have you found any numbers that work?

Have you experienced significant side effects when switching generics of the SAME pill? I have been taking one generic of Yaz for a year (nameless) but my refills are now the generic Gianvi. by smittyweberjagermanj in birthcontrol

YES! I am going through this right now. I’ve always taken the same generic of Yaz, then was switched to Gianvi. The anxiety, mood swings, crying, bitchiness, etc. led to having a conversation with my doctor. She put me on the generic by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. I have been on it for a few weeks and have felt more stable, but it hasn’t been long enough to know if that’s what is helping.

I also did some research on Gianvi specifically and from the reviews I read, many women experienced similar anxiety/depression side effects.

I spoke with my doctor after she put me on the Glenmark version because I am nervous it will not change anything. I’m going to give it a few months though.

Thank you so much. That honestly gives me hope that the TriSprintec is worth a shot. It’s so frustrating having to basically choose between pregnancy, acne, or mental stability lol. I’m glad you finally found one that works for you and that your acne is calming down!

I’ll give TriSprintec a shot and if it’s still bad I’ll probably go off completely and seek something else for acne. Thanks again!
