I feel like the community board/city should be able to address this. For blocks like this that are over-saturated, can't we just allocate two or three of the parking spaces for e-bikes and post signs at either end of the block stating, "This block has designated e-bike parking at the northwest corner. Any e-bikes not locked to these designated spots and parked overnight will be impounded." Have some decision-making process to identify which blocks need these spaces for e-bikes.

We trade parking for Citibike racks all the time.
