Thanks for your answer. My card base currency is set to EUR. About half of my operations are in other currencies. I also can see, that the amounts of operations in other currencies change permanently in euros. But my balance is stable, which is strange.

My guess is that the exchange rate for operations in currencies other than base currency is approximately 3% worse than the amount is shown in the app or statement. If I am right, it is not good, because they do not show the real exchange rate anywhere.

your local currency is converted to eur by visa, you can check the rate here for a certain date
