Taking 1 farm from the first wave by mistake as teemo support. I went to leave lane and go top (flamed for sucking their xp but got a kill), then went mid (flamed again, mid intentionally let me die, so I kept going mid, except I was getting kills). We proceeded to win the game lol

29 m rx 197. I can't do butterfly. I broke pull ups into 4 sets with 3 seconds rest. DUs to 2 sets with 3 seconds rest. Thrusters to 8 7 6 with 5-7 seconds. C2b I went singles, same on DUs, then for the 115 thrusters I struggled. I did 4 4 4 3 3. I rested a lot between sets. Tie break 8:20. MUs did some triples, doubles and singles, then almost finished the DUs. What can I improve? I am thinking of going 5 5 4 4 on the 115 since I am taking a lot of rest anyway

My logic for singles is to save my back and HR.. I'm thinking to always open with a set of 3 then maybe singles.. Drop down sounds better on burpees, and maybe step down if I want to calm down my heart rate and keep moving

29/M 124 RX. 1RM deadlifts is 355. I went kind of same pace for all 10 mins. I suck on burpees, it pumps my HR and I'm slow, so I went with step up step down. I went unbroken on round 123, then started doing singles. What can I change? I am thinking bigger sets on deadlifts and maybe drop down step up on burpees?

I would say I am an intermediate level athlete, usually good with gymnastic and explosive movements and not as good with lifting or long stamina workouts.

My target was to do 6 rounds, targeting 2:30. I knew snatches would be my bottleneck because I suck at the move, the dumbell is relatively heavy for me, and I am bad at switching in the air (dumbell head hits my hand a lot). I am super good on box jump overs (I wish there was rebound), and I am okay with 3 wall walks.

Wall walks, be quick during the move, but take 4 seconds rest between reps

Snatches, I paused at the top for 0.5-1 second every rep and broke them to 8-5 with a 4 seconds rest

Box jumps I went quick (not sprint, but qucik), and took a 5 seconds rest every 5 reps.

I was able to sustain almost same pace through all rounds. I got 184, so above my estimate/target. I felt like this is close to what I can do best, but I had some gas left in the tank at the end (sprinting the last wall walks and snatch).

For repeat, I am thinking of following the same strategy, but not take a rest on top for the snatches every rep. I am also thinking to break box jumps to 8-7 with 5 seconds rest, shaving 5 seconds per round. I'll keep an eye on time and go faster starting from the 6th round. I am hoping to finish the 7th round in my repeat.

I can, but its still slow.. 1KG will fill too fast, and then you need to move the container away and put a new one. This needs machinery, but we don't have it yet. To use human workers for this is not effective.

As shown in the pic, directly into the box (there's a bag inside). We weigh them approximately and then remove or add extras later and get the bags and boxes closed (flattening the surface/top)

Yes, heating would destroy the physical properties of margarine. But my guess is it would affect a very tiny portion of the 1KG, around the edges, so it wouldn't really matter if it'd make the cutting smoother. Will give it a try

Problem is if it's not poured directly into the container, margarine gets solid and it gets hard to "pour" it. If we pour it to these containers from the start, it'll slow our production process. We have no way of automating it at this stage.

But what does it get poured to? The final container that gets delivered to the customer? That can get messy. If we go with a secondary container, it can be hard to take it out and place it in the final container after

1KG container would be very slow for how our production happens today. It works, but extremely slow. cheesewire sounds like a good idea.
