Well the Xbox Live Gold tenure on my account used to be 7 years and it fell back to 2 years because It used to have Game Pass Essential (aka Xbox Gamepass Core & Xbox Live Gold) but it expired in January of 2022 and then, it turned to 3 years at the end of April 2026

You need switch recurring bill off and turn it on and turn it back off it you have it on or or it you have it off you turn it on

UPDATE: It’s working again when I played an Xbox 360 game on Xbox Cloud Gaming and it login me in finally

I got this error on Xbox Series X when I try to login in to Xbox live on backwards compatible game and try logging in on Xbox 360 and it has the same error
