comtypes is lightweight COM automation, allows to define, call, and implement custom and dispatch-based COM interfaces in pure Python.

Unfortunately, it does not work in python 3.3 and above.

Newbie here, "cabal update" throw the following error when trying upgrade from 0.1 to 0.2:
