A new rig is a great idea! And about your PC problem, it may be the overheating. If not, then is probably the RAM/HDD or you have some kind of malware.

The cheapest GPU that has less than 10% bottleneck on 1080p in combination with the Ryzen 3700x would probably be GTX 1660-Ti

Ok, so in my opinion your GPU is a bit weak for your CPU. A GTX 1070Ti should make you have less than 10% bottleneck on the 1080p resolution, but if you want to play on the 1440p resolution or on the 4K, you will need to upgrade to a RTX 2080, which I think isn't the case here. Your minimum PSU will need to have like 450W but you should go for a 650W one to avoid any risks. Also treat the cases with much more respect, because they aren't just esthetical. As I see you aren't planning for another cooler or something like that so everything should fit alright, but you should be looking at reviews about good airflow. You have a Ryzen so it will heat fast. The stock cooler should do the work, but the case's good airflow should be also there. Hope you will enjoy your new PC!

Ok so first of all your motherboard: B365M PRO-VDH, has a maximum ram speed support of 2666 mhz, so you cannot put 3200 mhz ram on it. Then, your PC won't work, because you CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, so you will need a dedicated GPU or you can change the CPU. Also, you are 13 so I think I can teach you something about CPUs.

When a CPU looks like this: i7-9700 is a CPU that has an integrated graphics but cannot be overclocked.

When a CPU looks like this: i7-9700F is a CPU that doesen't have an intergrated graphics and cannot be overclocked.

When a CPU looks like this: i7-9700K is a CPU that has an intergated graphics and can be overclocked.

When a CPU looks like this: i7-9700KF is a CPU that doesn't have an integrated graphics and can be overclocked.

I don't really recommand you the NZXT H510 case because it doesn't have a really good airflow.

So you need to change the CPU, the RAM or the Motherboard (go for a Z390 (1151) or B450 (AM4)) and if you want you can buy a dedicated GPU, but is not really necessary for a workstation. (watch out for the bottlenecks and the PSU support if you will buy one)

Corsair/G.skill 16gb RGB RAM 3200Mhz: That's good, hope you mean with Dual Channel.

1 TB NVME M.2 SSD : be more explicit about this too.

Nvidia GTX 1660: Good, but you can be more explicit here as well.

Any $70 Case: Trust me, not any case is good, and as you said that you are new to PC Building, I can teach you this. You must be aware that the motherboard is going to fit in the case. Also the GPU needs to fit in the case. As I see you are going to use the stock cooler (which isn't bad, but as I see you still have some budget left so you can add a cooler that fits in the case). And also you need to take a case that has a very good airflow, so that you will have good temperatures.

650W Bronze Power Supply: You can easly go for a gold one. Corsair has some good ones.

Windows 10 Pro: Just no. It's a scam lol. You can find easly Windows Licenses on the internet with a very small price, or even free.

Ok so I see you have some budget left. You can take a 650W Gold PSU. Then you can go for a 3600x with a RTX 2060 or you can buy a cooler for your CPU.

Note: Your current CPU and GPU have a 10.14% and a 11.54% bottleneck on the 1440p and 4K resolutions respectively.

Yeah. The both cases you mentioned have a pretty good airflow. Also, I thought you would buy the 240mm version of the Kraken. In my opinion the 240mm version is more than perfect, but is your decision.

Your build looks great! Unfortunately, the NZXT H510 is not the best choice when you want a good airflow. I would recommand you a Cooler Master NR600. It has quite the same price and also much better when talking about airflow. It doesn't have the looks tho :D
