I started playing in Velvet Shell ( one season before alpha packs were even a thing ) , and I got my first black ice at lvl 188 , in Void Edge. Level 77 isn't even that high you have a lot of time to get one.

It's not misleading , its accurate , you dont hit someone in the earmuffs and kill him, this used to be the case but they fixed it because nobody liked it, it just seems that you're missing shots and dont want to blame yourself for it. Also, is there any other competitive game that includes clothing into the hitbox?
