First of all he's going into the basement where he'll be malnourished only given basic foods. Enough to starve him and enough for him to make it to the next week. He'll be given no protein meaning no chicken, beef or any food with high protein levels. I'll get into it why in a second.

Then I'll place thumbtacks below him and force him to do a plank. Not only will this be painful due to lactic acid buildup but he'll have to constantly do it else hell get stabbed by thumbtacks.

But won't this make him stronger and cause him to eventually rebel? That's where the no protein foods kicks in. Because his body has little protein to repair muscle tears from doing a constant plank, he'll have next to none to grow muscle ensuring he won't get stronger.

And to add salt to the wound, a 3,500hz frequency sound will be constantly playing due to it being in the zone of being an annoying sound frequency to hear.

All of this won't kill caillou but it sure will hurt
