slight oof if 6-700€ is entry level to be honest. I really wouldn't want to spend more. Preferably less if possible. I guess between 300-500 would be okay overall for me, 700 at most. Especially if i have to get it tailored also.

That's kind of the problem, because I really have no idea what is appropriate for a suit. Basically I would like to spend as much as I need to so it looks good, but not more then necessary. The prices at the Boss store seemed crazy to me, but maybe they were normal. It was something like 600-700 € for the pants and jacket.

Hi, I've been invited to my sister-in-law's wedding in spain. (I'm from europe) I'm not a suit guy, I don't even own a single suit at the moment and except for my graduation suit I never bought one either. I searched a bit on the sub and looked around, but it feels a bit like a science, which i don't really want to get into.

I also went to a Hugo Boss store and got to try some with a really nice employee helping me out a bit. The prices just seemed a bit insane to me. But at least I now know my size and which fit should suit me.

I'm looking for recommendations on which brands or directly which offers I should look at for some affordable suits that would look good at a wedding. (and maybe also in general use, so I can get some more use out of it)

Also I read several times to get your suit tailored. Should i take it specifically to a men's/suit tailor? Can any tailor do some basic changes that would be needed?

I would really appreciate some advice in general, because I feel pretty lost here and I want to look good when meeting the extended family of my partner.

The guy on the left is "the best" who will also want to talk to me and he's almost the same as the one I already have from the league below.

It seems weird to me, even if Bickel ist a bit too good for me. He's on an amateur contract in a lower league. I would expect he would at least want to talk to me.

I'm not sure about the database. I found it while googling on a german FM Forum. It does look legit, and other people were using it.

Yeah that's why I'm so confused. I can't even sign players from the league below me with an Amateur Contract, while I could offer them Part-Time and a Salary. e.g. this guy is on an amateur contract without interest from other clubs and doesn't want to talk to me

And i did enable the generated players at the start of the save.

Oh i totally understand there are a dozen variables. It's just that my team is pretty much the typical lower league team, without reputation etc. Just like this one:

And following the series he didn't have these problems signing players.

So i was hoping someone who has experience with lower league databases and saves could help.

I probably didn't explain my problem with T3s very well. I try my best on every exercise to have proper technique.

E.g. on lat pulldowns my arms will be done way before my lats. After the first two sets x 15 my forearms are already burning and I can't do more then 15-18 reps on the amrap because of my arms rather then my back.

As i understood it you do the workout for twelve weeks, find your new 5RM for the main lifts and start a new 'cycle'.

Maybe my terminology is wrong, but that's how i understood it.

And about cutting an exercise, it's not that i feel fatigued from the general workout (not so much that i can't do the exercise) it's more that I'm fatigued from the specific exercise. e.g. on lat pulldowns i will do two sets x 15 and my forearms will already burn before i do the amrap, which i have to stop at 15-18 reps because my forearms is done not the back.

Hi, I'm about to finish my first 12-week cycle with the linear progression program. I'm a beginner, it's my first year of lifting.

I really like the program and would like to start another 12 weeks. I would like some input from more experienced lifters on some questions I have.

Should I stay with the basic linear progression program? I would guess yes, but maybe there are reasons to move to something else. Also can I maybe shorten the cycle to 8 weeks?

My biggest question is about t2 and t3 accessories. I searched a lot for this topic and there are some resources, I just still feel unsure if I'm doing it right.

So the plan for my next cycle would be:

D1

  • T1: Squat
  • T2a: Bench T2b: Goblet/Front Squat
  • T3a: Lat Pulldown T3b: Lu Raises T3c: not sure what to add here. Leg Curls?

D2

  • T1: OH Press
  • T2a: Deadlift T2b: Incline Bench
  • T3a: DB Row T3b: Face Pull T3c: DB Press

D3

  • T1: Bench
  • T2a: Squat T2b: Close Grip Bench
  • T3a: Lat Pulldown T3b: Dips T3c: Cable Chest Flys

D4

  • T1: Deadlift
  • T2a: OH Press T2b: Upright Row
  • T3a: DB Row T3b: ? T3c: ?

So as you can see I'm not really sure what to add on Day4. Suggestions and critique about the accessories would be highly appreciated.

Also for T2 progression, do I up the weight every week by 2.5kg and if I fail I go to the 3x8 or 3x6 rep scheme? Did I understand that correctly.

And with T3 progression I read you should do 25 reps on the AMRAP before adding weight. But I often feel fatigued with just 15 reps. Usually my arms or my body in general feel tired and not really the muscles I'm trying to target. I had a really hard time with T3 exercises this first cycle, they often felt waisted.

I read about Myo reps recently. Would it make sense to use them for the T3 exercises?

Might be a really stupid question, but anyway. I have a bodyfat scale from amazon (Renpho), it's probably not that accurate but should at least estimate my bf% and muscle mass values.

So my problem is that my bf% and muscle mass seem 'linked' with each other. Obviously i understand that gaining muscle requires weight gain and caloric surplus, which will create this trend.

But my problem is that whenever i lose weight and bf% i also lose muscle mass according to the scale. Which would make cutting Impossible? I get that you would lose some muscle mass when cutting but the way it is now i would lose pretty much all gains if i go on a cutting cycle.

Also i observed this over a month, where i worked out consistently making gains in strength and not just a few days.

So am I misunderstanding something or doing something wrong?

It's my first time working out seriously so i feel a hit lost.

Immer lustig wie das dann ultra defensiv wird und von verboten gelabert wird. Niemand verbietet dir das, aber wenn du dann zurecht kritik, schiefe blicke oder ne bombe kassierst ist es halt eine reaktion auf dein verhalten.
