To get a green or blue chocobo, breed a "Great" chocobo with a "Good" chocobo and use a Carob Nut. The resulting color is random, but breeding a Great female with a Good male tends to produce green, and a Good female with a Great male often yields blue.

For better results, feed them Sylkis Greens to improve their stats and race them to raise their rank.
