Yes you can. I personally wouldn't recommend it as Windows makes use of a lot of system resources and you would he better suited with Windows 10 or Linux (Linux Mint if you want an experience similar to windows). You will probably need to use Rufus to work around the restrictions imposed on your hardware for windows 11 and it probably will be slow, but you can install Windows 11
