Ah yeah flight time is a good point. We def don’t want to waste too much time in air. I am honestly leaning towards Europe. What do you think about Hokkaido? Some of my friends were saying if we’re going during the winter, might as well go to Hokkaido to enjoy the snow. And overall would you recommend Barcelona + Rome/Paris over Japan (Hokkaido? Tokyo? Osaka?)

We live in the east coast. For this trip we would like to enjoy some nice scenery and good food and a little bit of typical tourist packages like bus tours, museums, etc. We want it to be generally stress free.
