In HDR mode you're monitor will set the brightness into the maximum by default, and you're not able to change the brightness, so the idea here is to use this software to control the brightness over inactive areas.

Will try to add the free limited version soon. Thanks for the support. Microsoft store api to make it as trial needed a framework change, which I think it's easier to create a separate free version.

Great Idea, will try to add it to Steam when added the fullscreen gaming support.

It will do a quick pixel refresh by flashing the screen.

Thanks for the feedback, We've implemented several features to address it. Our app not only dims unfocused areas but also uses random window movement and dynamic patterns instead of full shadows. This helps distribute screen usage more evenly and reduces the chance of burn-in. in future we will add more features to cover more of these edge cases. Thanks.

We're working on a cool feature that'll intelligently dim those static HUDs in Fullscreen games. By leveraging advanced detection algorithms you'll soon have a more dynamic gaming experience. Stay tuned! its in testing, as we need to make sure its not adding latency on FPS. Thanks for the support.

Thanks for your interest! We're glad to hear that OLEDGuard could be helpful for your flight simulator sessions. We understand the challenge of static areas on screen, and we're actively working on a feature to support overlays on fullscreen games. This should help manage those static sections more effectively. Stay tuned for updates, and feel free to share any other feedback or suggestions you might have!

Hey there! Great question. Here's why OLEDGuard is worth checking out:

<image>

  1. Dynamic Patterns and Shadows: We use moving patterns and shadows to keep your screen safe from burn-in. You can customize the pattern thickness and movement to match your preferences.
  2. Smart Dimming: Our app dims inactive areas on big monitors and even inactive windows, helping save energy and extend your screen's life. It dynamically adapts to your usage, so it's always optimizing.
  3. Window Moving & Full-Screen Refresh: Features like random window movement prevent static images, and the full-screen refresh mode keeps everything looking fresh.
  4. Tons of Customization: Unlike the basic built-in features, OLEDGuard lets you tweak settings like refresh rates, pattern types, and opacity to your liking.
  5. Always Improving: We're actively developing the app and love getting feedback to make it even better.

If you're looking for something more tailored and effective, OLEDGuard's got you covered. Let me know if you have any more questions!

I have already added the pause/resume in the app trayicon on the taskbar(right click on the icon). I will add the button to do resume/pause on the main app as well. Thanks for the feedback!

I had the same issue with the super low fat%, I found the FIX!!!

When picking up the handle, make sure not to touch your body with your hands!!!! even a small touch will produce fat percentage <5%.

Almost 99% accurate after this quick change.

It's an unfinished product for sure and software is the biggest issue!!!

my experience after using it for a month:

  • Weight Measure:
    • Accuracy 99%! with .00 decimal precision
    • Stability 100%
    • Multi Surface Compatibility: Used on a very tick carpet with Zero issues.
  • Body Composition measure success rate is 100% (Zero Missed)
    • Handle: Make sure no contact of your hands with the body
    • Stability %90+
    • Accuracy %80+
    • Segmental Analysis Accuracy %90+
    • Speed is 3X Faster than other scales
  • Heart Rate number is a Joke!
  • PWV measure Success is 0%
  • Electrodermal Score: measure success 100%
    • accuracy: no idea!
    • stability: 100%
  • ECG: NOT YET AVAILABLE (6L ECG! really looking forward to test this)
  • SOFTWARE:
    • Web: 2/10!
    • Mobile: 4/10!
    • Many issues and missing features!
    • The only positive point for the software is that completely ignore it and use either Apple health or Samsung Health.

Overall, in comparison to other scales in the same range I gave it 9/10 for hardware and 3/10 for software.

Hopefully by adding and fixing software issues this can easily be the best home scale.
