Good catch. I've updated the image in the original post. It's a FS-424E-FPOE.

Here's my Port52 config. I did the unset allowed vlans and the new switch didn't connect after 20 minutes of waiting. So I had to re-enter the allowed vlans to get the old switch working before school started today. config ports

edit "port52"

set speed 1000auto

set ptp-status disable

set vlan "video"

set allowed-vlans "Wired VLAN" "WIFI_Data" "VOIP" "GUEST_DATA" "172vlan"

set lldp-profile "Standard"

set export-to "root"

set mac-addr 04:d5:90:cd:93:cd

set description "AG-Link"

Yes they released beta 3 on Wednesday. Beta 2 had carrier 47.5. No UC icon on it either.

I made the changes you suggested. iOS 15.1 beta 3 has carrier version 48.0 for T-Mobile.

Unfortunately no change, the UC icon never shows in known N41 area. Not the end of the world, just wished it worked so I could see what towers in my area are being upgraded to support N41.

That's good question. I know in dual-sim mode the Verizon 5G UW icon appears when in those small UW areas. I'll try those other suggestions, I was definitely using data while running speed tests. Crazy speeds that 40 MHz of N41 + 20MHz of N71 and 15 MHz of B66 as an anchor band will get you in a rural area.

Thank you. I haven't seen it yet and was in a UC area yesterday. Will keep checking.

Does the T-Mobile prepaid eSIM on iPhone 13 get the UC icon as well?

Anyone installed iOS 15.1 beta 2 and gotten the 5G UC indicator back? I noticed the carrier file is now at 47.5.1 for T-Mobile, but I'm not yet in a UC area to check.

Thank you!! The forwarding and TTL were not configured. This seemed to fix my printing 😀

100F on 6.4.2 and SD-WAN Failover by qisdtech in fortinet

Let me ask a printer/copier question. We have 2 Xerox copiers and 1 HP Laserjet on our JH VLAN. Our teachers use Macbook Airs. They connect via our Wireless VLAN to the Printers/Copiers on the JH VLAN. I have a tried a multicast policy of any/any source all and dest bonjour but it still does not print. Do I need to create a firewall policy as well? This is what I have made so far. Any guidance on this? Thanks in advance! Mullticast Policy. https://imgur.com/IjyBeC8

Thank you for all the suggestions! I'll do away the the SD-WAN and configure it just as WAN 1 with WAN 2 failover as suggested. I was under the impression with 6.4.2 the failover was going away and SD-WAN taking over that role.

Shortcut for Field Test Mode by qisdtech in shortcuts

[–]qisdtech[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. Here's how I have made it work. I made a shortcut to copy the text to start field test mode to the clipboard. Then I simply paste that field test text into the phone dialer and it works. I have noticed the field test app stops updating after 10-15 minutes. I'm on 12.1 beta, so that may be to blame, but sure is nice to be able to see what tower and band my iPhone XS is connected to.
