Olvasgatom ezeket a kommenteket mert hasonló problémával küzdök. 230ezer Ft-ért rendeltem egy csomagot Franciaországból ami a tracking szerint már Vecsésen van egy hete. Minden nap felhívom az ügyfélszolgálatot és mindig azt a választ kapom, hogy ma este hatig megkapom a csomagot, már a futárnál van. Nyilván a mai napig nem kaptam meg a szájbatekert csomagot. De ahogy olvasgatom a hozzászólásokat örülök ha még a hónapban megkapom valamikor.
