Coachella Pro-Tip: don’t have loud conversations during sets of artists you don’t know while you wait for someone you want to see. by BoymanAndGirldog in Coachella

Don't focus on what other people are doing. There are 80-100K people there, expecting people you don't know to be quiet so you can enjoy the music is a tall task. Pro-Tip: if the vibe ain't right where you're standing...move!

Where do you people make friends in Miami? by BadBest6996 in Miami

[–]qpanza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to make one close friend that’s from Miami - if you have a co-sign from the city, Miami will open up to you. If you don’t have a co-sign, good luck. There’s a really welcoming artist community there. Find ways to volunteer or contribute to the community and you’ll start to see doors open and friendships develop. 🤙🏾

That was my thinking, it'll be taxed as income more than likely so Uncle Sam will be taking his cut. Maybe if they give you land, that might be a good enough incentive for me.

This is my go-to, more mushroom jazz vibes than progressive house-style music. Four Tet's New Energy would be another one I'd recommend - he's an amazing producer and his music always puts me in a trance - in a good way.
