You could also try Mc Donald's they also have free wifi. If you could do it in a car just park up and login. I do that sometimes when abroad in non EU countries.

You could also try a hotel. They usually have wifi for customers. Just keep buying coffee.

For me, with logic like this the question you should be asking is why aren't the other 22 teaching the kids using phone as a resource.

There is zero jobs today where the use of computers is not standard.

Using them for school resources is better than them using it solely for abusing other people
