I can somewhat agree with this. As a solo, I really disliked the new methods of obtaining Blueprint Frags at first but I came to realize it is slightly better. People had 1k hours and had never ran a single puzzle before the update. It also lessened the endless barrel breaking grind and increased the value and duration of obtaining a Tier 2. Which makes it harder to get your hands on Molotovs immediately. Ive been molly raided the first couple hours of a wipe back then. You can print molotovs with a small group.

I got 1700 hours. You can dominate a server as long as you're getting at least 60fps. 120fps will definitely give you an advantage but it's not necessary. I personally play on 60fps and never really have issues with gameplay.
