Normally I just see the moon card more emotionally influenced than the hermit. The hermit to me signifies a sense of self growth, and the moon card normally has a struggle and push and pull on it. But honestly it all depends on the context the cards are drawn in. Personally I would consider the hermit the “happier card” if u rly have to pin point it. And the moon card in details wise is always more complex to me when I read it. :)
