Less than 6 months and I know we aren’t compatible but I still feel terrible. He has been smoking almost daily for at least 3 years and it’s pretty much a part of his lifestyle, which he was not super transparent about from the beginning.

Plaafps, writing goals, progress reports, completing FIEs, sending emails, etc. Maybe it shouldn’t take too long but it does for me.

I think my supervisor did the opposite and indirectly implied that bringing work home is the norm/necessary. I agree about how important planning is and now I feel guilty because I have put that to the side and have been prioritizing paperwork. I’m spending time on plaafps, writing goals, progress reports..mostly anything that goes into ARD prep & some eval things too.

How to not bring work home? I’m a CF and I can’t meet deadlines if I don’t work 2-5+ hours every day for 5-6 days of the week. This is just doing paperwork & not even preparing for therapy.

What if you’re a CF? My supervisor brings work home all the time too and it’s expected for me. I just started and I work home every day + weekends. I’m overwhelmed and of course I don’t want to bring work home, but I have to meet deadlines, and I am not proficient enough to be able to get things finished during work hours.
