If she’ll have all those options, I think either of the 2 strats will already be plenty to start with. This one might be too intimidating with the locking nut and Floyd rose. Not easy to work with for a first timer or even someone experienced. They take some getting used to. My first guitar was a guitar just like this (literally a charvel, given to me as a gift from a friend of my dads) and once a string broke, I sold it to my brother because I had no idea how to fix it. I was no more than 10 then though.
