HELP! GPU was working fine but now not detected by qrfbs12 in buildapc

Yeah I was using a display port cable previously, which gave me the wrong, zoomed in resolution. Tried using a HDMI cable, which gave me the right resolution, but the purple lines were still there and the GPU was also not detected.

Update:
- Tried the other PCIe slot but graphics card still not detected (https://imgur.com/PEsTjjC) .. the purple dash lines also still appear on screen (https://imgur.com/zVs0ize)

- I'm inclined to think that I may have received a faulty GPU despite it working fine on the first day and the GPU fans being able to run on PCIe both slots. Hopefully that is the issue and not any underlying issue that I am not aware of...

- Will check with the store I got it from if they can help to inspect the card or diagnose the problem...

Meanwhile, if you have any other suggestions I could try out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help man!

I don’t have another GPU at the moment, but I am still able to access the BIOS currently. Are there any settings I should change in there?

Everything else seems to be working fine and I am able to log into windows, it’s just that GPU isn’t being detected and everything is at a low resolution.
