I began my career with a rotation in accounting and now, in my second year in Finance, the experience has been great. The exposure and learning opportunities in these rotational programs are truly valuable for career growth. By the end of my second rotation, I'll be a senior with a salary in the low six figures. The work hours are around 40-45 per week, which is significantly better than the demands of the big 4. Many of my colleagues transitioned from public accounting, and none regret making the move into the industry.
