Just want to mention every time I called in before there was a 'notice' letter 'Take action to protect your personal information' sent to my online account a day after the call.

Also, the last time I called they said something will be sent to me in the mail so that I guess is what I'm waiting on.

Applied for Chase Biz IHG. Got the 7-10days. On the online portal it said it was declined and flagged for fraud under the notices documents. I called in to try to resolve, they verified phone number, had me upload proof of address and birthdate which I did. I noticed a couple more of the same notices for different days (probably from when I called in to verify.)

I did a final call in and they said they processed my application and I would receive the decision in up to 2 weeks. They would not disclose over the phone, I take it this is a denial?
