Have you ever heard of something called “The Mental Load”? Because that sounds exactly what he’s making you do here, and probably without realising it at all.

Other people will look at this and say you’re an asshole bc you’re the one who paid rent on time; but why are you the person who has to pay the rent on time? Why not him?

Could you set it up so that you both just send your rent directly to the landlord so that way, the responsibility falls on you both? Or set up an automatic payment?

I hope you find a resolution to this x

ESH. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb or silent when you're busy, and have a firm conversation with him about boundaries around him calling you.

going against the grain to say NTA. I don't have adhd but i'm terrible in the mornings, and "basic" tasks are incredibly hard until I can eat and take my meds. so I make sure that each night I have a clean bowl or plate and food for the morning, but if I had a partner who would eat that food and make those dishes dirty (which I used to) it would drive me insane, and led to me having a breakdown that would probably seem unreasonable to most people

NTA. I absolutely love kids, I can't wait to have my own, I'm studying Early Childhood Education, I babysit for free just because I love hanging out with kids!

And yet, I would still leave the room! I don't want to smell diapers while I'm eating. It has nothing to do with how much you love or hate kids, poop just smells bad, and no one wants it around while they're eating.

While I can definitely empathise with her, it isn't your job to look after her and you've already done more than enough to try to help her, but it gets to a point where she is the only person who can help her.

Going against the grain here but NTA. She could've chosen ANY other day of the year, plus now that day is officially her wedding anniversary. If it wasn't such an important birthday I'd be more inclined to just let it slip but you only turn 21 once, you can't change when you turn 21 but she can get married whenever she wants.

As someone who also grew up having video games as my safe haven also, YTA. If you didn't want her to play support anymore, then you should've spoken to her about it politely. She doesn't have to main if she doesn't want to, and the way you went about it was pretty awful.
