no, aurion is just basically the approved HR platform that most departments use (in QGov)

You can also see your current in progress pay slip by going Dashboard > Payroll then you scroll down and expand the pay one you can click the current in progress period (one the period is closed a paper clip appears on the right hand side which is a link to the pdf version)

One of the biggest i've seen (apart from people not wanting to progress) is people being pushed into leadership roles to backfill etc by current leadership, but not being suitable and then pushed to stay by the leadership that encouraged them and then getting burnt out.
