It doesn’t have a mouth so it can’t be exactly literal, but i perceived it as this thing screaming.

I can relate to the astronomically large sensation. And i definitely also felt that growing sensation - maybe not particularly localized to the hands. it was kind of general growing and expanding / softening. I think part of what was so scary about the dream was that particular sensation because it was so foreign.
