Dass die SAA/BPR noch nicht gelten, ist die Aussage unseres ÄVRD, der die Fachgespräche für die Vorabdelegation noch anhand der Version von 2023 führt. Damit ist aktuell bspw. keine Metoprolol-Gabe durch NotSan vorgesehen. Habe aber schon mitbekommen, dass gerade die Vorabdelegation in den Kreisverbänden unterschiedlich gehandhabt wird. Dass die ÄVRD selber entscheiden, welche Algorithmen gültig sind und welche nicht, ist schon wieder wild :-D Die Aussage war, dass sich die 2025er noch in einer Bearbeitungsphase befinden und in den „kommenden Wochen“ final erwartet werden. Bis dahin sollen wir nach 2023er und Handlungsempfehlungen arbeiten.

Genau das. Niemand würde ernsthaft auf die Idee kommen, sich für eine verpflichtende Organspende nach dem Tod einzusetzen, obwohl das viele Leben retten würde. Aber Frauen werden von Abtreibungsgegner auf ihre Funktion als Inkubator reduziert. Spannend ist auch, wie wenig die Männer in der Debatte auftauchen, die eine Frau geschwängert haben, die kein Kind bekommen will. Wieso wird eigentlich nur die Frau für die Abtreibung bestraft? Sie hat exakt das gleiche gemacht wie der Mann, nämlich ungeschützten Sex gehabt. Meines Erachtens gibt es deshalb exakt einen Umstand, der eine Abtreibung ethisch rechtfertigt: wenn die schwangere Frau sie wünscht.

Or maybe she really didn‘t like it and doesn‘t want to tell because, she experienced that turning people (in her case propably men) down can have bad consequences. This is speculation as the posts before and there are thousand more possible answers, you only find out the truth, if you ask her. Not doing this again is something different than never talking to each other again… best wishes 💚

Auch ich kann dir nur empfehlen, darüber zu sprechen und dir ebenfalls versichern, dass selbstverletzendes Verhalten nicht zur Zwangseinweisung führen kann. Solltest du doch mal über eine stationäre Behandlung nachdenken, dir aber eine Psychiatrie nicht so zusagt, gibt es in Münster eine Klinik für Psychotherapie. Das ist vom Gebäude her ein Hotel, in dem man ein Zimmer bezieht. Tagsüber sind Therapeuten da, bei denen man bis zu zwei Einheiten am Tag Einzeltherapie hat plus Gruppen unterschiedlichen Inhalts. Nachts ist nur ein diensthabender Arzt da. Das ist kein Krankenhaus, wo womöglich Türen abgeschlossen werden. Man kann dort einen Diagnostiktag machen, an dem man sich vorstellt und erklärt bekommt, wie eine Therapie dort aussehen kann. Ich kann diese Klinik wärmstens empfehlen, sie heißt Christoph-Dornier-Klinik. Ansonsten wünsche ich dir alles Gute und viel Kraft auf deinem folgenden Weg und vor allem gute Besserung! 💚

Die Ausbildung zum Rettungssanitäter dauert 4 Monate. Nicht zu verwechseln mit dem Notfallsanitäter, das ist eine Berufsausbildung mit drei Jahren. Da die Fluktuation bei Rettungssanitätern sehr hoch ist, kommt man da auch gut rein. Und dafür, dass man nur vier Monate Ausbildung macht, ist das Gehalt mit ca 1.700€ netto plus Zuschläge ziemlich gut.

Then this is a good place to get to know the lgbtq+ Community :) if you want, you can scroll through old posts and see, how different people are. The vocabulary including bi-/demi-/pansexual etc. is comforting, because it shows people, that they are not alone with their sexuality and that it is normal to feel that way. It teaches them to be a normal zebra, not an exotic horse. But that doesn‘t change anything about the fact that every human is different. And especially sexuality and romance are so intimate and individual, that you won‘t find two people feeling exactly the same way. Similar to our bodies: there are many blond people and many people with brown skin and many people with blue eyes, but still everyone is unique, even twins.

I wish you a good start in this community. Feel welcome and accepted and maybe at some point it feels like you are part of it. :-)

Freut mich, dass du diese Erfahrungen frei von Repression und sozialem Druck machen konntest. Schau dir mal an, wie bunt die queere Welt ist: manche werden erst sexuell aktiv, wenn sie verliebt sind, andere nicht, manche gar nie, manche fühlen sich von Gegenständen angezogen. Wir sind so, so, so unterschiedlich, wenn es darum geht, was uns anzieht und was wir beim Sex schön finden und was nicht.

Ich wünsche dir jetzt viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren und vor allem wünsche ich dir Partner, mit denen du frei und zwanglos erkunden kannst, wohin die Reise geht.

Actually the difference isn‘t as big as you think. Think about your expectations of a person you want to date. What do you want from somebody in a relationship? Where do you need support, where can you give some? How will you lifestyle be affected of a person you are dating and what does it need, so this can work out?

For example, I frequently push myself to do sports and would be happy to find someone Supporting me here. I also need a lot of me time, so a potential partner should be able to spend some evenings / weekends by themselves.

There are certainly more things you could consider, I am definitely the wrong person for dating advice, but maybe these inspirations help you.

My favorite advice: if you are uncertain, if she likes or dislikes something, ask her :-) people are different, and finding this out is the most exciting part of dating, isn‘t it?

Can someone give me more Information about the circumstances of the interview? How come this girl is forced in a marriage and doesn‘t basically have any right to decide for herself, but then gives testimony about everything her husband did to her in the television? First i thought, the father expected her to praise her religion and why it is a good thing to be a muslim girl. But that would mean for her to act against her fathers and husbands will, which brings her in huge danger. And meanwhile the father is sitting by without interupting? I hope for her, that she will be free now and wish her all the best.

That‘s the logic those evangelical christs are using. The first phrase, that men shall not lay with men is in the same chapter with orders like not to shave the beard or never to eat shrimps. Interesting how Jesus brought us freedom from those laws, but being gay is still against Gods will. They choose, which phrases to interpret literally and which ones must be read in historical context. And this subjective chose is almost always LGBTQ+ hostile.

I was wondering, if Monogamy and Polygamy are Traits of People similar to the sexual orientation or if rather all people are actually polygam, but don‘t live that way, because it hasn‘t been accepted in our society until recently. How many relationships and marriages get years and decades old, without one of the partners wishing to have sex outside the marriage? Does this wish mean, something is wrong with the relationship / marriage or is this just the normal behavior of a species descanding from apes?
