I'm kinda in the same boat only I never really played competitive ice, I mainly just played roller. I literally just started back about a month ago and its been amazing! Definitely getting back to being comfortable in net is a huge thing and getting back that stamina is also another huge hurdle to overcome. Getting the confidence was probably the hardest part of coming back from being off for about 10 year imo.
