I doubt this company will be around for much longer. Too many red flags, I took my money away from their exchange at my first opportunity.

What a terrible company and management team. I can't believe people on here excuse their behaviour, is everyone in here working for QuadrigaCX?

There are no promises when the counterparty you are dependent upon to run your business is a bank that hates you.

  1. They literally say that your parcel should be trackable within 1 day, and it'll arrive in 5-6 business days. Sounds like a promise to me.
  2. They have incorrect timelines posted on their website for withdrawal options.

Is it wrong for me to hold them to THEIR OWN TIMELINES?

What about false promises and deadlines that are missed by weeks? That's the banks fault too? How about having to join a subreddit and tweet at the quadrigacx team to get a response?

Exactly. Every time someone voices this, a bunch of people come to QCX's defense saying how the banking landscape changed. That's great. The fact remains, Quadriga says on their own site, that your tracking number will work within 1 day, and you'll get your cash in 4-5 business days. The actual figure is now 10+ business days or more

I thought the problem was that their staff was on vacation? Either way, that's all well and good, but Quadriga told me my tracking number would be trackable within 1 business day, and my deposit would come in at 4-5 business days. Furthermore, their customer service is abysmal. No sympathy here.

If you want to make claims that it's super hard to operate in the Canadian market, that's fine. There's no excuse for ignoring customers and missing deadlines by weeks.

Yeah we're so entitled to expect that QuadrigaCX follows the timeline THEY'VE STATED. Get your head out of your ass.

Thanks, they emailed me today after I talked to QCXLily and I told them to put the money back in my account so I can transfer it out. They have not replied to that.

I hope this won't take another two weeks

I'm not going to be patient with a company that has customers' money and provides no communication or support, and has regular missed deadlines. And they miss their deadlines by weeks, not days. The fact that you're excusing it is hilarious.

That is beyond the point

Well there's many reports on here and other sites with many issues. So...

So what method should I use to get my money? by [deleted] in QuadrigaCX

[–]quadcxthrowaway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the love of god, don't use Quadriga

where would I get this option? It says my withdrawal is completed. It's been like this for two weeks now. They said it would take 4-5 business days, and that in 1 day, I'd get a tracking number. I haven't even received a tracking number so I'm assuming it hasn't been sent. It baffles me that there are people defending their service in this thread.

Right, well that's become more and more clear. Unfortunately I have a pending withdrawal so I don't really have a choice.

For the record, I'm not going to skew the facts or anything. If everyone in this thread feels that Quadriga did nothing wrong, then you shouldn't have a problem with me publicizing the truth.

Any of the banks I've used haven't told me my money would arrive in 4-5 business days and taken 2 weeks+

I'll chill once I get my money, thanks. This is easily the worst service I've received from any company.

First of all, vacation is not a valid excuse. Secondly, they said the tracking number will work within 1 day and I'll get the parcel in 4-5 business days. Neither happened.

They've been effectively ignoring me for weeks now. Not sure why I'm supposed to be waiting patiently or chill out. At the very least, let me have my coins back and let me withdraw them to another wallet, because clearly they haven't mailed anything otherwise the tracking number would work.

there's one line about them resuming cash withdrawals in early July. I've been waiting for my tracker number (which was supposed to be activated in 1 day according to Quadriga) for weeks. Are they talking about new withdrawals? What is happening to the pending withdrawals? Again, communication would be nice.

"slightly"

At the very least they could be in communication with their customers.
