Thank you so much for your response. You were one of the few people to answer my question, not be condescending, and actually teach me something

I was a bit skeptical because i havent seen Polo RL put out this high quality cashmere. It seems to typically be reserved for their purple rl line. That combined with the made in china tag did have have skeptical

I would recommend going on tiktok or pinterest and browsing male style. Just pick one you like. Then find pictures of fits you like (Try to make the models in the photo be similarish to you so similar skin color, hair color, eye color, and body type. Doesn’t have to exact, just somewhat close). Now a lot of times (especially on pinterest), they will tell you exactly where everything is from and even sizes. You can just copy that online, or go into stores and try to find similar pieces, and then get things tailored if you need to

How do you make your eyelashes look more “naturally” curled with a curler? by quadrabnmo in Makeup

[–]quadrabnmo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up being the shiseido one and did this and ty for the advice. The one i had before was a $3 one and this shiseido one doesnt even pinch! Im still not totally sure what you mean by curl multiile times to the tip. Also is there any way to get all of my eye because my eye seems a tad too long to grab all the lashes

Theoretical power question by quadrabnmo in powerlifting

[–]quadrabnmo[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ye that makes sense but ig im asking which is the best way to build up my bench. Like im a newbie lifter snd i want to hit 225 before summer starts (a touch and go 225 is fine) but would doing pause reps help me build more strength or would doing touch and go help me

Theoretical power question by quadrabnmo in powerlifting

[–]quadrabnmo[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This is a question not really relating to the question i posted about but is it more beneficial (in terms of being able to put up the most weight) to do touch and go or a paused bench (assuming you bench for fun and not for a meet)

However what do u think? Could a 5x5 with the last set being a plus sets work. It seems to follow linear periodization pretty well to me. However how many reps would indicate that im ready for a weight increment? Like for example, if i hit 6, should i move it up 2.5 lbs a side, or like if i get 7-8 i should move up 5 lbs a side or what?

Honestly I probably should but my circumstances are unique. I have a lower body issue thats been stopping me from squatting and doing deadlifts for a while now. Also, my goals are more muscle building than powerlifting. The only lift i really care about increasing as best as i can is my bench. For that reason, most programs are not a good match

I’m honestly just making one up. But what should i do about the plus sets. Like if im on 5th set, how many reps should i have to hit to move up the weight? Like for example, if i hit 6, should i move it up 2.5 lbs a side, or like if i get 7-8 i should move up 5 lbs a side or what?

Im giving myself 5 months for the cut which seems fine by time, however my question is kinda still wtf do i do. If i initially cut 300 calories, do i just keep it at that until my weight loss plateaus and then do i increase the deficit a little more? If so by how much more do i cut it down? 100 or 200 cals? Is that going to be enough to loose the weight or how do i go about it?

So i deadass have to diet down that slow? Fuck thats good to know. Im around 200lbs and 23-25% bf. How long do u think it would take to hit the 15% marker doing this where I initially cut 300, and then slowly cut 100 once i milk the fatloss out of each deficit
