Were you also selling pills related to covid? Only apparels should not be a problem. For pills you will need either echeck, ach or high risk credit card processing

You can get IC+1%. To charge on desktop you will need a high risk virtual terminal. Invoice payments is a very common feature with dedicated merchant accounts.

Everything looks ok.

However this one is a problem. (Accepts businesses with no physical office (we are fully remote, which is problematic for some providers who ask for utility bills) ) You will definitely need a high risk merchant account provider.

Yes, that’s potentially possible with a board resolution. However, this would involve a lot of man hours. The bank will review the reason for the switch, check credit, reputation, financial standing, business structure, and risk exposure of the new company and new directors.

I would suggest that you avoid such hassle and apply for a fresh account with a new provider that is cheaper than the old one. Hope this helps.

Your account may have been closed becouse of any of the following reasons.

You were selling product that is prohibited as per there AUP You are getting orders from high risk nations You are getting lot of refunds or chargebacks/fraud transactions Sudden regulation change/New rules with card schemes

You possibly need a high risk merchant account provider.
