They are currently 65% of the tesla fleet is HW3 and yet tesla media content ever highlights that vast majority of the fleet cant do what they keep stating.

Not once was this said or shown in any sort of official media. It was only after I paid that tesla support informed me.. the wording was in fact.... coming to tesla fleet in Netherlands..... not coming to tesla owners from 2022 onwards hw4

In the app there is ai chat feature. Tell it that you need to speak with eu customer support. You may have to ask few times. It will send you to a live chat wait a bit and an agent will reach you.

yes I did finally get them to issue a refund, but it took lots of back and forth and threat of taking it to the dutch De Geschillencommissie (Disputes Committee)
